Full Local Install
It is recommended that you have 70MB free space on your PC for this option of installation. It is also advisable to exit all programs before beginning installation. You will need to have Adobe Reader (or the full version of Adobe Acrobat) installed on your computer for the software to run without the CD-ROM.
1. Insert the CD-ROM into the drive.
2. Open Windows Explorer
3. Create a new folder, e.g. 'Expo2V' on the hard disk (usually the c: drive)
4. Copy the FILES and README folder (including all subdirectories) from the CD-ROM into this folder
5. Remove the CD-ROM from the drive.
6. Go to Start.
7. Select Run.
8. Type c:\[the name of the folder you created]\FILES\Expo2-RA-Vert.pdf
9. Click 'OK' and the file will launch.
Note: Users with a single user licence should not install this software on multiple machines

Network Install
1. Create a new folder, e.g. 'Expo2V' on the network drive (for example, the c: drive).
2. Copy the FILES and README folders (including all subdirectories) from the CD-ROM into this folder.
3. Remove the CD-ROM from the drive.
4. Right click on the new folder and select 'sharing...'
5. In the new window, named for example, 'Expo2V Properties', select 'share as' and type a suitable share name (e.g. 'Expo2V' ) of preferably 8 characters or less, then click ok.
On the workstation/s:
1. Open Windows Explorer.
2. On the tool menu, click 'map network drive'.
3. In the new window, type in the address, e.g. \\servername\Expo2V(share folder)\FILES\Expo2-RA-Vert.pdf
You might find it useful to provide a shortcut to the Expo2-RA-Vert.pdf file so that users do not need to browse through the FILES folder looking for it. (Refer to your operating system manual if you need to find out how to do this.)
