This patch will upgrade your version of HMC to v1.2. It will resolve any issue of importing a *.csv file into the Harcourt Management Console (HMC):
 
HMC1_2.exe must be run on the server where HMC is installed and after installing the upgrade you will need to reset IIS. You can do this simply and easily using the following command: Start > Run > type "iisreset" into the Run command box > click OK.
