Echo provides for all your Framework needs

  • All Framework teaching objectives are introduced and reinforced.
  • Gives you practical help with the Foundation Subjects' methodology, including starters, plenaries and integrated thinking skills.
  • Clear learning targets are made explicit to pupils at the beginning of each unit of the Pupil Book.
  • Language-learning skills are carefully developed through the activities.
  • The Resource & Assessment Files provide photocopiable worksheets to support the Framework, including starters and thinking skills activities so that you can be confident that you have everything you need to teach the Framework.
  • The Teacher's Guides support the Pupil Books and match all activities to Framework objectives and National Curriculum levels.

 

How does Echo handle differentiation?

How Echo caters for pupils of all abilities

  • The Pupil Books 1 and 2 for Year 7 and Year 8 have differentiated activities to cater for a full range of abilities.
  • Year 9 is split into fully differentiated Pupil Books – Rot for your higher ability pupils and Grün for your lower ability pupils.
  • There are two levels of Workbooks accompanying the Echo 1 and Echo 2 Pupil Books: Workbook A for reinforcement and Workbook B for extension, providing reading and writing activities for homework and cover lessons.
  • All Echo 3 resources come in Rot and Grun levels, including Teachers Guides, Resource and Assessment Files and Workbooks.

  • The Pupil Books provide clear grammatical progression and development of language skills in the context of lively and appealing content.
