PC Hardware Requirements

Workstation Requirements:

• Windows 98, 98SE, ME, NT, 2000, XP Home/Professional, Vista
• Pentium II PC (333 MHz or above)
• 128 MB RAM (256 MB recommended)
• 150 MB free hard disc space (single-user)
• 270 MB free hard disk space (multi-user)
• 16x CD-ROM drive
• 800x600 screen resolution /24 bit colour
• Soundcard
• Graphics card

Server Requirements:

• Windows NT4 Service Pack 6a, 2000, 2003
• 256 MB RAM
• 120 MB hard disc space
• 16x CD-ROM drive

 

MAC Hardware Requirements

Workstation Requirements:

• Mac OS 8.6, 9, OS X (runs in classic mode only)
• G3, G4 or G5 processor (400 MHz or above)
• 128 MB RAM (256 MB Recommended)
• 150 MB free hard disc space (single-user)
• 270 MB free hard disk space (multi-user)
• 16x CD-ROM drive
• 800x600 Screen resolution /24 bit colour
• Soundcard
• Graphics card

Server Requirements:

• Mac OS 9.2, OS X.2
• 256 MB RAM
• 120 MB free hard disc space
• 8x CD-ROM drive

Note: Unfortunately SHM is not compatible with the new Mac OS X iMac, due to this newer version no longer supporting Classic Mode. Please contact your local area consultant about future updates. Find your local area consultant here:
