It is only the Platform CD-ROM that gets fully installed to the workstations. The content CD's are only available with a single user licence. Due to this the content CD-ROM needs to be in the workstation when running the software.
There is no network/site licence available to purchase. It was designed to be a standalone product and only a single user licence can be bought.
However there is the option to buy 1 licence or 3 licences. This will allow either only one person using the software at any time or three consecutive persons using the software.

Moving the saved pupils data
The Rapid Reading Assistant software saves all of the pupils readings in a data folder. As a default the data files will be installed to C:\ReadingAssistantV4Data.
During the installation of the software it does allow for the data files to be installed to a desired location. E.g. A network share.
Wherever the data files are chosen to be installed too, both teachers and pupils will require at least read, write and modify permissions to the location.
If the data files need to be moved to a different location once the installation has been completed, it is advised that a uninstall and reinstall is performed and ensure to change the default location for the data files.
However if pupils have already been using Rapid and data has been created, there is solution on how to move the data without the need of a reinstall. But due to the complexity of this process, please contact the Software Support Team on the below details, who will advise of the process.
