The style of content varies between units, which in my opinion, is a positive feature, as it offers a fresh approach with each use, and will appeal to the preferences of a varied audience. The style includes photographs, cartoon style drawings, colourful animations, and video, each with either plain or interactive texts. The interactive text includes highlights, labels, speech bubbles and a glossary. I particularly liked the video instructions and animated rhymes, and the children responded well to the preview of these. I would use this product to ensure coverage of text level work for the whole class using the interactive whiteboard, and as a starting point for developing group work."
