This series introduces a number of important historical events that have had a major impact on Britain. In addition to teaching a particular event in history, this series highlights the difference between story (historical narrative) and evidence (primary and secondary sources).

The first part of each title tells the story of what happened, why, who was involved and what resulted from the event, while the second section examines the evidence that tell us that the events occured.
